Facilities Engineering - Infrastructure is converting the office spaces within 4457 Hacienda Road into an Ambulatory Surgery Center
The project will involve modifying the existing office space with upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support specialized medical equipment
Work will be scheduled to keep disruptions at a minimum, though neighboring occupants may notice periodic noise, deliveries, and construction equipment throughout the project
Construction deliveries will use designated staging areas and occur during work hours
Construction fencing and clear signage will delineate work zones. Maintain safe distances from restricted areas and report any unsafe conditions to the site contact
Parking impact:
A total of 65 parking spaces in the site lot will be reserved for construction activities
Signage will direct drivers to available spaces around the lot
There is minimal impact anticipated as there is ample parking throughout the Hacienda Lakes campus to support all buildings
