Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Parking Stall Improvements

Property Management will complete Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility upgrades in the south entrance parking lot at 1133 E Stanley Blvd
The project includes parking lot and sidewalk improvements to enhance accessibility, patient access, and pedestrian safety
Work will occur within the south entrance parking lot and adjacent pedestrian walkways at 1133 E Stanley Blvd
Occupants may notice construction activity, intermittent noise during working hours, temporary fencing, and construction equipment in the area
Temporary closure of designated ADA parking stalls will occur throughout the project (see area in red in the map below)
- 30 parking stalls will be temporarily unavailable during construction, including 7 ADA stalls and 23 standard stalls
- 15 standard stalls will be temporarily designated at 1133 E Stanley as Limited Mobility parking with signage (see area in blue in the map below)
- The 1111 E Stanley parking lot is available for overflow
- Open space count for E Stanley facilities is 250+
- Alternate ADA parking spaces will remain open and available for patients, visitors, and staff (see area in green in the map below)
- Clear wayfinding signage will be visible throughout the project
Building access will remain available throughout the project
Construction fencing and barriers will separate pedestrians from active work zones
