Impact Details
The landlord will complete Phase 2 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking improvement project within the East Urgent Care drop-off area at 1133 E Stanley Blvd to enhance patient access and pedestrian safety. This is a four-phase project. The schedule is as follows:
Phase 1 (Monday, August 31, 2026 – Friday, October 2, 2026): South entrance parking lot and sidewalk improvements to enhance accessibility, patient access, and pedestrian safety
Phase 2 (Monday, October 5, 2026 – Friday, November 6, 2026): Patient drop-off loop reconstruction and accessibility improvements
Phase 3 (Monday, November 9, 2026 – Monday, November 30, 2026): West parking lot improvements and pedestrian access enhancements)
Phase 4 (Tuesday, December 1, 2026 – Wednesday, December 23, 2026): Final parking lot improvements, striping, and ADA parking upgrades
Phase 2 work will include demolition, grading, curb and gutter installation, sidewalk improvements, detectable warning surface installation, asphalt paving, bollard installation, concrete work, handrail installation, and parking striping
Temporary construction fencing and barriers will be installed to separate pedestrians from active work areas
Occupants may notice increased construction activity and noise during working hours
4 designated ADA parking stalls will be temporarily closed throughout the project duration. Alternate ADA parking will remain available throughout the project (see map below)
The Urgent Care drop-off loop will be temporarily closed during construction activities
Pedestrian routes may be modified around the work area to maintain safe access
Alternate pedestrian routes will be clearly marked
Wayfinding signage will be posted throughout the project area to assist patients, visitors, and staff
A friendly reminder that day-shift staff are reminded to not park near 1133 E Stanley facility entrances during ongoing landlord construction for property maintenance and improvements occurring

Available spaces near the building remain extremely limited. The 1111 E. Stanley parking lot is available for overflow
