Additional construction fencing will be installed in the parking lot to support Phase 2 of the fiber network work at 1119 E. Stanley Blvd as part of the new Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
Approximately 112 parking spaces in the main lot and an additional 26 spaces near the south entrance will be unavailable during the work
This was approved by Transportation Services after conducting an Open Space Count (OSC).
There is ample on-site parking available, and the blocked spaces are not expected to create capacity challenges. As of this week’s counts, there were 179 vehicles parked and 510 open spaces - 26% utilization
All driveways will remain accessible during the work
Occupants and visitors should expect reduced parking availability and increased construction traffic within the lot
