Construction Mobilization for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Project

Facilities Services will begin construction mobilization activities for the Ambulatory Surgery Center project
Construction fencing, signage, trailer facilities, tree protection, portable restrooms, and dumpsters will be installed
Approximately 115 parking spaces of the total 816 parking spaces will be removed from service and designated as a construction zone
The Open Space Count for this location is 800+ open spaces, no parking impact anticipated
All four parking lot entrances will remain open to patients, visitors, and staff
Internal through traffic between Willow Road and Gibraltar Avenue will be rerouted around the building using posted detour routes
Construction activities are anticipated to continue through November 1, 2027
Additionally impacted buildings: 4457 Willow Rd., 4473 Willow Rd., 5568 Gibraltar, 4234 Hacienda Dr., and 4256 Hacienda Dr.
