Beginning on Monday, September 29th, 2025, landlord vendors will begin construction work for an incoming tenant located directly below Suite M384.
Hours of work will be from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM daily and the project is slated to run through March 2026.
Some noise impacts such as pounding, drilling, chipping, grinding, etc. are to be expected.
Update:
Due to the current project demands, the allotted time to stop all heavy noise work (pounding, drilling, chipping, grinding, etc.) is being pushed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Less invasive noise is to still be expected during work hours from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Updates to the timeline will be provided by the landlord as the project progresses.
