Construction of New Exam Rooms

Two new exam rooms will be constructed within the existing clinic suite
Work includes demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-in, framing, drywall installation, life-safety modifications, millwork installation, flooring, inspections, and project closeout
All construction activities will be contained within the designated zone
The contractor will maintain required dust and debris containment measures and protect adjacent occupied areas throughout construction
Contractor traffic through the waiting area will be minimized, and deliveries will be coordinated during morning hours or other off-peak times when possible
Loud or disruptive activities will be scheduled outside normal clinic operating hours or on weekends whenever feasible
Staff, patients, and visitors in the adjacent clinic areas may see intermittent construction activity associated with ongoing buildout work
