Gate Arm Installation

Four gate arms (two on each side) and four license plate reader (LPR) cameras will be installed at the 460 Broadway Parking Garage.
The gate arm installation is for a future garage access project and will not change parking for staff.
A Stanford Health Care electrical vendor will be trenching to lay conduits for the LPR cameras.
12/4 – 12/8: East Side Entrance
- Trenching will be from the island to the entry LPR
- The garage entrance will be blocked. The exit will remain available.
12/5 – 12/11: West Side Exit
- Trenching will be in the concrete island
- The exit will be blocked. The entrance will remain available.
12/5-12/12: Overhead conduit to pay on foot machine
- A portion of the lot will be blocked to allow for trenching
Parking attendants will be on site to help traffic flow throughout the work.
