A portion of the 550 Broadway parking lot will be converted into laydown and staging space to support construction of the Central Energy Hub (CEH).
Approximately 30 parking stalls within the CEH parking area will be closed and unavailable for daily parking during this period (see map below).
Users should anticipate reduced stall availability and allow extra time to park, especially during peak hours.
The active construction / laydown zone will be clearly fenced and marked. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to follow all posted signs and avoid entering fenced or signed construction areas.
