Construction to repair and replace the Spanish Tile roof for the H.O.M.E Apartments began on October 3, 2025, and will run through November 28, 2025.
The work is being completed in phases. Two sections remain:
November 17 - November 21: Tile Roof Section 10 above Units 1K, 1M, 2L, 2M, 3H, 3J, 3K, 4G, 4H
November 24 - November 28: Tile Roof Section 11 above Units 3B and 4F
Please note that noise is to be expected while work is conducted.
Patients, visitors, and staff are asked to please stay alert and aware of surroundings when entering and exiting as there is scaffolding around the building.
Patients staying at the apartments may submit a request to be relocated with their Stanford Health Care team.
The property manager has sent notice to all patients.
