Suite 202 Construction & Temporary Entrance Closure

• The landlord provided Site Support Services notice on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, that construction will begin on vacant Suite 202 and continue for approximately five weeks
• Demolition work will occur June 25, 2026, through July 1, 2026
• The driveway and building entrance on Appian Way will be temporarily closed during demolition activities
  • Building occupants must use the alternate entrance on Tara Hills Drive during this time (please see the map below)
  • Detour signage will be posted by the landlord to guide vehicle traffic safely while the work is occurring
• A temporary sanitation station will be installed in a parking space near the southwest garage entrance
  • The parking space will be inaccessible, but minimal impact is anticipated as there is ample parking in the area
  • The sanitation station area will be fenced and will not disrupt vehicle access to the parking garage

• The landlord vendor will work to minimize disruptions and maintain safe operations throughout the project
